Who we are
The Alinea Project is a management consulting and start-up advisory group that empowers small to mid-size businesses to accelerate growth, strengthen strategy, and unlock their full potential. Our work spans operations, communications, digital transformation, and organizational development — helping leaders cut through complexity and move forward with confidence.
Our name reflects our philosophy: an alinea marks the deliberate space before a new paragraph — a pause to reset, rethink, and begin again with intention. That’s the space we create with our clients: clarity before action, structure before scale, and strategy before execution.
As an organization, we’re also committed to giving back. A portion of our proceeds supports community initiatives that advance education, opportunity, and wellbeing. The stronger we grow, the more we reinvest — because meaningful impact shouldn’t end with our client work.
